Hello There , I’m Justine
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach who works with men and women who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves through a holistic approach to their health and fitness.
I strongly believe in order to achieve the best results and to see long term changes, one must approach their health and fitness holistically.
Whatever your goal is, this means looking at the full picture: training regime/program, nutrition and relationship with food, lifestyle habits and last (but certainly not least) your mindset!
If you’re looking for a short term fix or ‘band-aid’ solution I’m not the right coach for you.
I pride myself on not only getting my clients to their goals, but educating them on how to maintain them long term. So whatever your goal is I’m here to fully support you and guide you to get there.
I believe for a person to achieve optimal health they need to look at their health hollistically. Through coaching with me you will not only achieve your goals, but you will discover ways to improve your relationship with food, a healthier mindset, as well as establish the best routine and habits to support your lifestyle.

Silke dropped from a size 14 to a size 8 but here are some of the ‘transformations’ the pictures won’t show you.
– Silke started with low self esteem and a poor mindset around herself and her health. In the two years she trained with me she changed her mindset so much so that she is more confident then she has ever been in herself and her body. Her transformation hasn’t just been a physical one but a mindset shift as well. She started to love her body and trained from that place instead of hating it.
– Silke had a hip problem for 6 years which caused her a significant amount of grief and pain but since getting stronger and adding in mobility exercises she rarely gets any hip pain now.
– When she started with me she could barely deadlift 40 kgs she can now lift 95kgs.
